- Full refunds are available before May 1, 2024.
- Cancellations received May 1 through May 15 will be refunded all but $100/person of fees paid.
- Cancellations received May 16 through May 31 will be refunded all but $250/person of fees paid.
- Refunds for cancellations received after June 1 will be handled on a case by case basis.
